1/4 cup GHEE (clarified butter, no casein)
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups of GF rolled oats (whole foods or trader joes)
3/4 cups brown sugar
6 oz chocolate chips (no milk)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds OR walnuts
1 cup sunflower seed OR peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl combine sugar, brown sugar, GHEE and beat until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla and baking soda and mix well. Add sunflower or peanut butter an mix. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and nuts. Place teaspoon full of dough on lightly greased cookie sheets 2′ apart. Bake 10-12 min. Makes 48 cookies.
