Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings Movie Review

Quick Description: Shang Chi must face the past he buried, which includes being an elite Kung Fu warrior when fate places him in the Ten Rings organization.
It was a little choppy because Marvel didn’t exactly introduce everything that happened in the beginning like they usually do. Also, they didn’t tell us how the ten rings were formed or how they found them.
I think IRON MAN, THOR, and BLACK PANTHER have some better origin stories. They didn’t introduce what Shang Chi was like as a kid until the halfway point of the movie. They introduce pretty early that the mom died, but they didn’t show what happened after she died when Shang Chi was still 7 years old.
Also, they didn’t show why his dad trained him to be an assassin, all they did was talk about it. Then he found his sister in a fighting club and she beat him in a match.
There was good action but the storyline was a little tough to follow at times. It didn’t explain what happened after Shang Chi was being trained. it didn’t show when he killed the person who killed his mom. That was the rocky part of the film. It would have been nice if Marvel would’ve explained a little bit more of the origin of Shang Chi. They brought in other characters from movies like DOCTOR STRANGE and IRON MAN 3; that was a nice touch.
If I was at school and I was talking to a good, good friend, I would tell them to go and see this movie.
