Camille developed a knack for working with children while spending afternoons and summers volunteering at in-home daycares, pre-kindergarten classes, and babysitting on weekends throughout her high school career. While working through her general-ed classes at Rancho Santiago College, she spent several years working as an instructional assistant in special needs classes at a local school district.
Camille earned her B.A. in Humanities from San Francisco State University and returned to Orange County to begin working towards her teaching Credential.
Camille finds working with children and students with special needs such as autism both challenging and rewarding. By doing so she is provided with opportunities to observe and better understand the human experience from the perspectives of such unique and beautiful individuals while working towards making positive differences in their lives.
